Wren was humming Christmas carols to herself as she placed the ornaments on the tree. Brian and Diana helped the best they could, helping her reach the highest branches.
She was standing on Diana's back, on her tiptoes, with Brian supporting her, trying to hook the star on the top branch when she felt two arms wrap around her waist.
"Dear, you know I hate it when you do things like this. Let Faramund get the higher branches."
"Raginhart!" she laughed. "I'm sorry. I just got carried away."
Raginhart smiled as she got off Diana, "I have a surprise for you~"
Wren's ears perked, "Oh?"
He smiled and held a sprig of mistletoe over her head and kissed her, "Merry Christmas, my Dear."
