PP: Wren: MistletoeWren was humming Christmas carols to herself as she placed the ornaments on the tree. Brian and Diana helped the best they could, helping her reach the highest branches.
She was standing on Diana's back, on her tiptoes, with Brian supporting her, trying to hook the star on the top branch when she felt two arms wrap around her waist.
"Dear, you know I hate it when you do things like this. Let Faramund get the higher branches."
"Raginhart!" she laughed. "I'm sorry. I just got carried away."
Raginhart smiled as she got off Diana, "I have a surprise for you~"
Wren's ears perked, "Oh?"
He smiled and held a sprig of mistletoe over her head and kissed her, "Merry Christmas, my Dear."
MistletoeAshe stood in front of Jack's parents’ house, suddenly nervous. Jack just smiled, gently wrapping an arm around her and pulling her close.
"It'll be alright."
She smiled back and nodded.
It was nice. A little quiet at first, but Ashe slowly started to enjoy herself and the house rang with laughter.
At one point Jack excused himself and walked off. He returned a little while later, grinning widely, as if he had just remembered a good joke.
Soon it was time to leave. As they were putting on their coats Jack leaned down to Ashe and whispered, "Look up."
Ashe did and blushed. Above her was a sprig of mistletoe. Jack laughed, picked her up, and kissed her deeply.
PP: Wren: Love
Wren was in love. It always surprised her that she could love, and find someone who loved her.
She found herself falling in love with him again every morning as he watched him sleep, curled up around her. She loved the way his face lit up at the sight of her. She loved the feel of his fingers brushing her ears, or combing through her hair. She loved the way his arms embraced her, keeping her safe from all her fears.
Every time she saw him she couldn't help her heart from skipping a beat or her breath to catch.
